Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "eq333" refers to the eq333 platform, its operators, parent entities, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" means the eq333 website accessible at https://eq333.io, including all pages, sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated services.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform, whether logged in or not.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional value added to an Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process conducted by eq333 as required under its international operating obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing the Platform or participating in online gambling is unlawful under applicable local legislation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond eq333's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government action, telecommunications failure, or platform infrastructure outage.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the eq333 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. eq333 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladeshi market. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your country of residence or access.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not hold a position with eq333, any of its affiliates, its licensed game providers, or any entity whose employees are subject to restrictions on gambling participation as a condition of employment.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform either by your own request or by action of eq333.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling disorder that would render your participation inappropriate under clinical guidance.

Registration on the Platform by any individual who does not meet the above eligibility criteria constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eq333 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by an ineligible Player and may void all wagers and forfeit all balances held in an ineligible Account.

Account Registration

3.1 — One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the eq333 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a prohibited act. eq333 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all wagers placed through those Accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number and email address. eq333 relies on registration information to conduct KYC verification, process withdrawals, and communicate account-related notices. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

eq333 operates a risk-based KYC programme. All Players will be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered at any point by automated risk detection. Acceptable documents for identity verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days.

3.4 — Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. eq333 will never request your password, PIN, or one-time password (OTP) via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your Account while you are logged in — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for it. You must notify eq333 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been compromised.

3.5 — Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your designated payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period. eq333 also reserves the right to close any Account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, with notice provided where operationally practicable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

eq333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard (where available). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice due to third-party provider policies or technical constraints.

4.2 — Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of the selected payment method and any account-level restrictions applied by eq333.
• Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

4.3 — Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. eq333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during operational hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

4.4 — Currency

All transactions on the eq333 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is charged by eq333 for deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. If your payment provider applies a conversion or transaction fee, that fee is applied by the provider independently of eq333 and is not controlled or refundable by eq333.

Bonuses & Promotions

eq333 offers a range of bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion, as communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all eq333 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed the standard registration process and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Bonus wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• eq333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion. If a bonus is withdrawn after being credited to an Account, the unmet wagering requirement portion will be removed; real-money funds are unaffected.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of technical errors, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any winnings generated from those bonuses will be forfeited.

Betting Rules

6.1 — Placement of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the eq333 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all details of a wager — including the event, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. eq333 accepts no responsibility for wagers placed in error by the Player.

6.2 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in the betting interface for each market and game. eq333 reserves the right to impose individual Account-level stake limits at its operational discretion, including in response to unusual betting patterns or as a condition of continued Account access.

6.3 — Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by eq333 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline; the odds or game outcome was affected by a manifest technical error; the relevant market is suspended due to integrity concerns; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake amount to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 — Disputes

All disputes regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, or credited amounts must be raised with the eq333 support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. eq333's decision on all disputes is final subject to the escalation process described in Section 14.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eq333 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all wagers voided, all balances forfeited, and may be referred to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live table games, or otherwise act in concert to defraud eq333.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any structured strategy designed to systematically eliminate risk by exploiting promotional offers across platforms.
• Depositing or using funds that are derived from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or Account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform's infrastructure without written authorisation from eq333.

Intellectual Property

All content on the eq333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of eq333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Platform grants you any ownership right or licence in any intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of eq333. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Privacy & Data

eq333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the eq333 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is available at eq333.io/privacy-policy.

eq333 uses your personal data to provide its services, process financial transactions, conduct KYC verification, communicate account-related information, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have expressly consented — deliver marketing communications. eq333 does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share personal data except as required to deliver its services or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the net real-money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eq333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if eq333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

eq333 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and Force Majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. eq333 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Responsible Gaming

eq333 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications when you have been playing for a pre-set duration.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up summaries of your net position during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of the request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Players aged 21 or under are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. eq333 cooperates with responsible gambling organisations and encourages any Player who believes their gambling has become problematic to seek independent support. Amendments to These Terms

eq333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by legal or regulatory obligation. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive rights of Players) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the amended Terms take effect. The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises governs the resolution of that dispute.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to eq333's international operating licence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between you and eq333, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts designated under eq333's applicable operating licence framework.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you are required to contact eq333's support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution of the dispute through good-faith negotiation. eq333 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by eq333's operating licence.
